1. Who we are

VibeSecurity is operated by TODO: registered company name ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of this website and, once launched, the scanning service.

2. Waitlist

The scanner is not yet live. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, or start any scan. We will use your details to contact you about the launch.

3. Authorized use only

You may submit only websites and apps that you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You must not use the service to probe, scan or attack systems belonging to others. We may refuse, suspend or report misuse.

4. Service description

TODO: describe the scanning service, read-only nature, ownership verification, and limits once finalized.

5. Payments

TODO: pricing, GST, billing cycles, refunds and cancellation.

6. Disclaimers and liability

TODO: no guarantee that a scan finds every vulnerability; limitation of liability. Requires legal review under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
